The certifications are nice, we will not say the opposite. But we have some doubts about the usefulness of the fully theoretical training at CEH, so we have made a purely practical knowledge base internally, accessible to all.
When we talk about reports, it rarely pleases anyone but knowing how to write a report it can be game changer on certain missions. We do it with us for training and it makes great documentation not in Markdown format.
